Site hoarded and cleared (done)
The plot fenced, trees marked for keeping, and the old structures taken down.

Ground broken (done)
Work starts on the foundations.
Mar to May 2026
Piling and the basement dig (done)
Bored piles, then two basement levels dug for parking and plant.
16 Jun 2026
Ground-floor slab poured (done)
The basement is closed in and the frame can start to rise.

The frame rises Under way
A floor about every eighteen days: columns, then the slab above.
Feb to Dec 2027
Façade, bays and windows
The bays go on from the bottom up, closing in each floor as the frame moves ahead.

Topping out
The roof slab poured, seventeen storeys up.

Services and fit-out
Power, water and air, then kitchens, bathrooms, floors and joinery.

Show apartments open in the building
Viewings move from the sales suite to finished homes on level 3.
Aug to Nov 2028
Lifts, pool and gardens
Commissioning and testing, and the planting of the gardens.
16 Dec 2028
Completion
Handover of the first homes begins.
